Quality of Education Survey
What is it?
- 20 questions about our school and district that are answered on a scale of “Agree Strongly” to “Disagree Strongly.” The survey takes only 2-3 minute to complete.
Why do it?
- The survey results and percentage of parent participation are considered in the stateĂs grading of our school.
- The class with the greatest percentage of parent participation in the survey will win an ice cream party!
How can I participate?
- Click on “A-Z Directory” button.
- Under “Q”, click on “Quality of Education Survey”
- On the left sidebar, click on “Take a Survey”
- You will be asked to enter a username, but it does not need to be your real name. All answers are confidential.
- Follow the prompts to start the survey.
If you complete the survey online, please write your studentĂs name, teacher, and the word “online” on the attached survey and return it to school to help us determine the winning classroom.
OR
- On paper: complete the attached survey and return it to school before April 20th, 2012.

Families, The last day of school for kindergartners is Thursday, May 24. Dismissal times for Friday, May 25, will be three hours earlier than the regular dismissal time. Elementary will be dismissed at 11:45, high school at 12:00 and mid school at 12:2
